A day trip to Treviso




Treviso is about 30 mins away from Venice by train and is well worth a visit. It has quite a large population and has lots happening but no so big that you get overwhelmed by busyness.  We could easily live there.  

Had a great day wandering around checking out the the older part of Treviso and doing a bit of shopping and of course eating.  It is an interesting place and seems pretty wealthy if the cars, shops and the way people dress are anything to go by,









Had lunch at an osteria and ordered typical Treviso dishes -very tasty but very salty for us.

    I am glad you spent a great day doing great things. Congrats! It was a good choice. Treviso is absolutely marvelous.
